Though Garden Butcher's downtown West Palm Beach location had a 'soft opening' on June 15, the restaurant will celebrate their official grand opening on Thursday, Aug. 20.
West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James will be there for the official ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. and the restaurant will be offering free samples of their amazing cuisine, including smoothies, along with dinner specials, raffles and more from 5 to 7 p.m.
Garden Butcher is led by chef Erin Leeds and located in a beautifully restored former Trailways bus station on South Dixie Highway and Fern Street. They are known for their range of healthy, delicious dishes ranging from bowls, salads, wraps and sandwiches to wellness smoothies, organic coffee and much more.
To create these chef
crafted dishes Garden Butcher sources ingredients from some of the best local providers including Wilson's Produce, B&W Quality Growers, Fort McCoy Ranch, Little River Produce, Lake Meadows Naturals and many more.
The restaurant and its menu were inspired by Leed's desire to find healthy food for her family. "We wanted to know what we were eating, what we were feeding our family. There didn't seem to be a lot of places with clean, healthy options."
Garden Butcher's original location is in Boca Raton and they are planning a store in Wellington in the near future.
