Two high-profile restaurant chains are heading to Town Center at Boca Raton, adding a new round of upscale dining to one of South Florida's chicest shopping destinations.
Greek seafood concept Limani Grille and Tuscan Italian favorite Felice both posted their next locations as "coming soon" at the mall's 6000 Glades Road address, with specific opening dates still to be announced.
They're arriving on the heels of a Peruvian newcomer that's already proven the appetite is there: CVI.CHE 105, which opened at Town Center in early 2025 and has since climbed to the top of Tripadvisor’s Boca Raton restaurant rankings.
Together, the additions signal a push to turn the mall into a dining destination.
A taste of the Aegean in Boca Raton
That's the backdrop for Limani Grille, which marks its
first Florida location. Other outposts include Commack on Long Island and Boston's Seaport District.
The concept is part of the broader Limani Hospitality Group, which built its reputation with flagship Greek seafood restaurants in Roslyn (also on Long Island) and New York City's famous Rockefeller Plaza before expanding to Charlotte and Washington, D.C.
The Boca Raton menu will lean on Mediterranean staples: first-pressed olive oil from the Peloponnese, Santorini capers, crudo and a rotating lineup of whole fish flown in from the Aegean Sea, including fagri and lavraki, grilled simply in the Greek tradition.
The gorgeous yet still under construction space is designed to match with a light-filled interior meant to evoke the Aegean coast, according to my pop by sneak peek Aug. 28.
“Where tavernas offer Greek food, Limani offers a Greek dining experience. Greek-owned and helmed by a general manager with 25 years of experience in Greek hospitality and fine dining, Limani is built on refined service, elegant coastal interiors, and Aegean seafood plated to fine-dining standards,” said General Manager Yianni Theodore via email.
Tuscan pastas arrive from New York
Next door, Felice will bring its family-run Tuscan menu to Boca Raton with a late fall to early winter opening. It’s a brand with deep South Florida roots already, thanks to locations in West Palm Beach and Miami.
Founded by Jacopo Giustiniani, Felice opened its first restaurant on Manhattan's Upper East Side in 2007.
The draw is fantastic handmade pasta (trust me on the al Limone) and a wine list built around the family's vineyard, alongside regional Tuscan dishes that have earned the restaurant a loyal following and the occasional celebrity sighting since it opened.
Unlike a generic Italian menu, Felice stakes its identity specifically on Tuscan cooking and ingredient sourcing.
It's part of SA Hospitality Group, the company also behind Sant Ambroeus and its wildly popular Palm Beach outpost at Royal Poinciana Plaza. The concept has since grown to more than a dozen locations across New York, Long Island, Connecticut and Florida.
A tough act to follow
When CVI.CHE 105 opened at Town Center in early 2025, it marked chef Juan Chipoco's first expansion outside Miami-Dade for his fun Peruvian seafood brand known for ceviches, tiraditos and Nikkei-style sushi.
The bet paid off: the restaurant currently sits at No. 1 out of more than 700 restaurants in Boca Raton on Tripadvisor, a ranking it has held for much of the past year.
It's the kind of reception any new arrival at the mall would love to match.
A mall reshaping its dining lineup
Together, the three restaurants signal a shift for Town Center at Boca Raton, long known as a luxury shopping hub where Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus also offer full-service dining.
Restaurants often say as much about a destination as the company they keep.
By landing alongside one of Boca Raton's most talked-about recent successes, the newcomers join a market that continues to draw sought-after brands from New York, Miami and beyond.
For now, Boca Town Center regulars will have to keep watching storefronts and appetites for ribbon-cuttings.
