Week 1 of the Palm Beach County high school football season delivered exactly what makes this sport so much fun to cover: a little certainty, a few surprises and plenty of reminders that preseason predictions only go so far.
Now comes Week 2, when overreactions collide with reality. Was that impressive opener the start of something special or just a good night? Are the preseason favorites as dominant as advertised? Which early results deserve our attention, and which should come with an asterisk?
