The park’s main attraction is its iconic lighthouse, first built in 1825. Visitors can climb its 119 winding steps to reach panoramic views of the coastline and the Miami skyline. Nearby, the lighthouse keeper's cottage features original artifacts and a glimpse into the park’s past.

A coastal trail winds around the park with opportunities for walking, cycling, picnicking, fishing, kayaking and boating. The park is open daily from 8 a.m. until sundown. Admission ranges from $8 per vehicle to $2 per pedestrian.
