After USA TODAY named Good Night John Boy one of its 38 USA TODAY Bars of the Year for 2026, we knew we'd want to celebrate with a cocktail.
So we asked for a recipe.
The Delray Beach nightclub's Mood Ring fits the disco theme perfectly, combining tequila, cherry-limeade flavors and edible glitter in a drink that's as colorful as the dance floor. Created by Good Night John Boy’s Kylie Eckler in collaboration with Art of Sucre, the cotton candy brand known for its TikToc-centric glitter bombs, the drink channels the bar's disco-era vibe with a touch of nostalgia and surprise.
