Authorities found the body of a 31-year-old man following a two-day search that began Aug. 30 at Lake Osborne near Lake Worth Beach, authorities said.
Friends of Yonathan Villalobos Franco found his personal watercraft on the water unmanned after he went riding at about 8 p.m. on Aug. 30, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Investigators found his body on Sept. 1.
FWC officers and Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputies began a search. A statement released by FWC did not indicate a cause of death and described the investigation as active.
A place of residence for Franco was not immediately available.
A full report will be available once the investigation is complete, FWC said.
Lake Osborne lies west of Interstate
95 between Lake Worth Road and Hypoluxo Road.
