Floridians looking to score a great pork roll sandwich have new options coming. Breeze Airlines started New Jersey service at a new airport on Sunday, launching one-stop flights between Trenton Mercer Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The "BreezeThru" service allows travelers to stay on the same plane during the stop.
A nonstop Trenton-Vero Beach route will begin Sept. 30, and a nonstop Trenton-Fort Myers route is coming Jan. 8, 2027. All three are twice-weekly routes.
One-way Fort Myers-Trenton flights will start at $69, while trips to Trenton from Fort Lauderdale go up from $98. One-way flights from Vero Beach start at $84, according to ticket booking.

The new flights are part of nearly two dozen
new and returning Florida routes Breeze announced earlier this year. The low-cost carrier already added another New Jersey flight, between Atlantic City and Orlando, in July, with more Atlantic City flights coming to Fort Myers and West Palm Beach in October and December, respectively.
In May, the Utah-based carrier also announced a major international expansion with seven new routes, including flights between Tampa and Cancun, Mexico, and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), one-stop, no-change-of-plane BreezeThru service on Thursdays and Sundays, started Sept. 20
- Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers (RSW), nonstop on Mondays and Fridays starting Jan. 8
- Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB), nonstop on Wednesdays and Saturdays beginning Sept. 30 and switching to Thursdays and Sundays beginning Jan. 7
- Atlantic City, New Jersey, Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) and:
- Orlando International Airport (MCO), nonstop daily, started July 3
- Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), nonstop on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays starting Dec. 17
- Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers (RSW), nonstop on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, starting Oct. 22
- Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB), nonstop on Mondays and Fridays starting Oct. 2
More airlines expanding Florida presence
Other airlines increasing their presence in the Sunshine State include:
- Allegiant Air is adding nine new nonstop routes starting next February.
- American Airlines has resumed Miami-Caracas flights after two disastrous earthquakes damaged the airport there.
- Delta Air Lines recently added a new nonstop flight between Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) near Fort Myers and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina
- Frontier Airlines is adding new routes connecting Fort Lauderdale to Denver and Orlando and Kansas City, Missouri, starting in November. Other new routes will run between Detroit and Los Angeles; Houston, Texas, and San Juan, Puerto Rico; Orlando and Bogotá, Cartagena;, and Medellín in Colombia.
- JetBlue Airways is drastically increasing its service at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, dropping service and airports elsewhere to do so.
- Southwest Airlines is beefing up its Florida presence with a record number of departures at Orlando International Airport starting next March.
