National chains are kicking off "Pumpkin Spice Season" weeks before the calendar even considers September.
While local palm trees won't be dropping colorful leaves, local caffeine cravers looking for a splash of cinnamon, nutmeg and sweater-weather nostalgia can mark their calendars for the 2026 fall lineup.
Dunkin'
Dunkin' takes the early-bird crown in the autumn flavor race, dropping its fall lineup on Aug. 19.
The chain hasn't published an official menu yet, but it's expected to be anchored by its Signature Pumpkin Spice Latte and classic pumpkin-flavored coffees. Food blogger leaks point
to the return of pumpkin donuts, Pumpkin Munchkins, pumpkin muffins and Maple Sugar Bacon, though none of that is officially confirmed until Dunkin' releases its full menu closer to launch day.
Starbucks
Starbucks confirmed its nationwide fall menu launch for Aug. 25. Alongside the legendary Pumpkin Spice Latte and fan-favorite Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Starbucks is refreshing its 2026 lineup with new creations:
- The "Chaider": A cider-inspired twist on chai with cinnamon and sweet spice, served hot or iced.
- New Pumpkin & Banana Drinks: The lineup includes the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, alongside banana bread-inspired options like the Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai.
- Pecan Favorites Return: The Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte are back.
- New Food Items: The bakery case introduces the savory Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket and a playful Hedgehog Cake Pop, joining the returning Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin.
- New Pumpkin Spice Latte Merch: Fans can look out for the new "PSL Society" drinkware collection and themed apparel.
7-Eleven & Wawa
Looking for a quick pit stop on the Interstate-95 commute? Convenience chains have a track record of beating the coffeehouse giants to the punch.
In recent years, 7-Eleven has rolled out pumpkin drinks as the first days of August, with Wawa typically following with its own pumpkin lattes, cold brew and seasonal bakes shortly after. Reddit rumoursWawa will begin selling pumpkin spice on Aug. 24, but neither chain has published official 2026 dates yet.
Palm Beach County Craft Roasters
If commercial syrup bombs aren't your vibe, Palm Beach County's independent coffee scene tends to answer with its own handcrafted versions. Local staples such as Subculture Coffee, Pumphouse Coffee Roasters and Salento Coffee have in past years introduced house-made fall syrups and real-pumpkin lattes by late August or early September.
