A house that magnetized attention on social media is on the market in Boca Raton for whoever is ready to pay the $17.95 million asking price.
The so-called "Glass House" — known for its floor-to-ceiling window that encompasses the front entrance — has received plenty of views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. In addition to the panes lining the front exterior, the house also has a number of glass walls and windows to showcase the waterfront view.
Located at 4111 Ibis Point Circle in The Sanctuary, just off of Federal Highway, this waterfront property boasts nearly 10,000 square feet.
Boca has a bit of 'glass house' lore
The mansion in The Sanctuary is not the first property in the south county city that is offered with the "glass house" moniker.
In 2025, a luxury residence
under construction, Residence 23 at Glass House Boca Raton, a boutique condominium, hit the market.
The corner condo is part of a nine-story building designed by West Palm Beach architecture firm GarciaStromberg and represents one of just 28 residences in the development.
"Residence 23 embodies the refined elegance and effortless livability that define Glass House Boca Raton," said Noam Ziv, partner and CEO of 280 E Palmetto Park Road LLC, at the time.
The home at The Sanctuary was built in 2024. It is a three-story residence with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. There is also a primary wing with a dual bath, dual wardrobe and a lounge.
The mansion boasts a pool and a mega-yacht side dockage.
Other amenities include a club room with a separate office, game and exercise room, wine room, elevator and a four-car garage.

The house was listed on realtor.com by Carmen D'Angelo with Premier Estate Properties. Efforts by The Palm Beach Post to obtain comment from D'Angelo about the house were unsuccessful.
The realtor.com listing said one of the selling points behind the home is the award-winning team who brought it to life: Albanese Home Builders, Inc., Quinn Miklos Architects and Marc-Michaels Interior Design.
The website also noted The Sanctuary of Boca Raton is a "small private enclave of custom luxury homes located on the Intracoastal Waterway."
The guard-gated community is minutes from The Boca Raton resort, Mizner Park and Boca's executive airport, the website added.
