A longtime dining staple in southern Palm Beach Countyhas permanently closedits doors.
The Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, located at 389 Winchester Park Blvd., adjacent to the Super Walmart near Boynton Beach Boulevard, officially closed after dinner service on July 26.
The closure marks the end of a more than 20-year run for the location, which opened in 2002. Representatives cited the conclusion of the restaurant's lease and broader business operational shifts as the primary drivers behind the site's winding down.
Golden Corral Boynton property now listed for $4.85 million
With the restaurant now vacant, the 2.67-acre commercial property, which features a 10,192-square-foot standalone restaurant building and 160 parking spaces, was placed on the commercial real estate market with an asking price of $4.85
million.
Listing agent Gary Broidis of Atlantic Commercial Group confirmed the retail parcel is currently listed as "under contract." The property features flexible community commercial zoning, making it a target for multi-tenant retail, medical offices or redevelopment within one of Boynton Beach's highest-traffic corridors.
The site is positioned alongside major national co-tenants including ULTA Beauty, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble and TD Bank.

For residents seeking the classic Golden Corral buffet experience, options within Palm Beach County are now limited to a single venue in Royal Palm Beach at 10100 Fox Trail Road South.
