Field of Greens, known for its fresh, flavorful salads, sandwiches, soups, bowls, wraps, shakes and smoothies, will open its newest location in the Avenir community of Palm Beach Gardens on Friday, Sept. 25.
The new outpost on Northlake Boulevard marks the small chain's 11th restaurant and continues a significant period of growth that's seen Field of Greens also open restaurants at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Alton Center in Palm Beach Gardens, two more in West Palm Beach and another off of Gateway Blvd. in Boynton Beach in 2026 alone.
“We are incredibly excited to bring Field of Greens to Avenir,” said Dan Morris, vice president of Field of Greens. “Palm Beach Gardens has been an important market for us, and Avenir is exactly the type of growing,
active community where we believe our concept fits naturally. We want to make it easy for families, professionals, and people with busy lifestyles to have access to fresh, flavorful food they can feel good about.”
The popular health-focused café has been serving Palm Beach County fresh, flavorful salads, wraps, bowls, smoothies, and more since 2003. It was purchased by Palm Beach resident Myron Miller in 2024.
The very first Field of Greens opened in Wellington and quickly moving to downtown West Palm Beach. The local chain's commitment to using the freshest ingredients and a focus on cooking from scratch has seen their popularity skyrocket over the past 20-plus years.
Morris said the goal is to eventually expand to 60 stores throughout the state with Palm City in Martin County next on the company's list of planned openings. In addition, Field of Greens is also planning outlets at Donald J. Trump International Airport and in Coral Springs.
In addition to the current and planned brick-and-mortar locations, Field of Greens can also be found at the West Palm Beach GreenMarket on Saturdays from Oct. 3 to May 22, 2027.
