Craig Goldenfarb, founder and CEO of GOLDLAW in West Palm Beach, has donated $100,000 to 65 nonprofit organizations in Palm Beach County.
The donation, known as the GOLDEN 100, was announced at the Nonprofit Chamber for Health and Human Services' Nonprofit Leadership Summit on Oct. 1 at Manatee Lagoon in West Palm Beach, according to a community announcement.
Goldenfarb presented a $20,000 donation to the Nonprofit Chamber of Palm Beach County Board of Directors. Four other nonprofits — Resource Depot, Bella’s Angels, Child Rescue Coalition and Inner City Innovators — each received a $5,000 grant. The remaining 60 nonprofits received a $1,000 donation each.
“If you make money and help the world, to me that’s a meaningful life,” Goldenfarb said,
according to the announcement. “Palm Beach County nonprofits show up for our neighbors every single day, often with limited resources and unlimited heart. The GOLDEN 100 is our way of investing directly in the people and programs that make this community stronger. We are honored to support these 65 organizations and to serve as the presenting sponsor of this year's Nonprofit Leadership Summit. We hope the GOLDEN 100 inspires other local businesses to invest in the organizations that lift our community.”
Ice cream truck serves free treats
GOLDLAW’s Sweet Justice Ice Cream Truck was on-site to serve free ice cream to guests. The truck delivers free ice cream to nonprofit events, local first responders and South Florida residents throughout the year.
The annual summit serves as a professional development opportunity for nonprofit executives. It brought together nonprofit leaders, board members and community stakeholders from across Palm Beach County to strengthen leadership skills and foster meaningful connections that support the region's nonprofit sector.
Board president grateful for donation
“The Nonprofit Chamber is so grateful to Craig Goldenfarb and the entire team at GOLDLAW for this generous investment in our membership organizations,” Board President Michelle Gonzalez said, according to the announcement. “By supporting nonprofits serving diverse missions and populations across Palm Beach County, GOLDLAW is helping to strengthen our entire community. The collective impact of this gift is truly inspiring.”
The event featured nationally recognized speaker Ana Sasmiresan, founder and chief leadership officer of Transformation Through Conversations, who was set to explore the essential skills leaders need to communicate with authority, represent their organization's mission with conviction and build lasting trust in every room.

Goldenfarb and his firm are active in the community, supporting programs and organizations that benefit underserved communities in sports, education and disease affliction. Some of the organizations GOLDLAW directly supports include Urban Youth Impact, Wounded Warrior Project/Wounded Warriors of South Florida, American Heart Association, TOPsoccer, RDK Foundation, MS Society and the Palm Beach County Food Bank.
GOLDLAW was founded in 2002 and has offices in West Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie and Belle Glade. The firm represents clients injured in auto accidents, slip-and-falls, nursing home abuse, inadequate security, sexual abuse or any other incident where someone’s negligence causes another person to be injured or killed.
