The El Paso County Elections Department website is moving.
The elections department announced Friday, July 24, that it launched a new .GOV website, transitioning from the former epcountyvotes.com to the new epcountyvotes.gov.
"The new .GOV domain makes it easier for voters to identify the elections department official website and reinforces the department's commitment to providing trusted, secure and reliable election information to the public," an elections department news release stated. "The previous website domain, www.epcountyvotes.com, will redirect the public to the new .GOV website domain."

The transition means that all elections department email addresses have also shifted to the .GOV designation. Following are some of the changes most
important to El Paso County voters:
- El Paso County Elections Department: epelections@epcountytx.gov
- Ballot by Mail and Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) Requests: ballotrequests@epcountytx.gov.
Additionally, the elections department announced the launch of its new Instagram page. Following are links to the elections department's social media accounts, where important information related to election news, updates, outreach events and other official announcements are made:
