A new breakfast spot is coming to El Paso's Lower Valley.
Dunkin' Donuts was founded in 1950 in Quincy, Massachusetts. With more than 14,000 stores in over 40 global markets, it is now the largest coffee and donuts brand in the United States.

Beyond serving up coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches, Dunkin' oversees The Joy in Childhood Foundation, a charity that has so far helped around 2.6 million children facing hunger.
Where is it?
The
new Dunkin' Donuts will be located at 9631 North Loop Drive in El Paso's Lower Valley, according to the city's permit and licensing page.
The new restaurant is located in a largely undeveloped area just off of North Americas Avenue. It will be located next door to a Circle K and just down the road from a residential area.
What was there before?
The new Dunkin' Donuts is being built atop a currently vacant lot.
Plans call for the construction of a new, free-standing Dunkin' Donuts restaurant with a drive-thru.
Who is the contractor?
The city's website does not list the contractor, but the applicant for the project is John Sponseller of Lakewood, Colorado. The owner is listed as Murad Fazal of Chicago, Illinois.
The project is valued at $600,000.
