Police in Odessa are searching for a man accused of stealing nearly $300 worth of meat from a local H-E-B.

The Odessa Police Department shared surveillance photos of the suspect on Aug. 21, saying the man stole meat before leaving the store in a red Subaru. The vehicle's license plate number is unknown.

"An unknown male stole approximately $290 worth of meat," police wrote in the post.

Surveillance photos shared by police show the man wearing a baseball cap and what appears to be a gray jumpsuit or coveralls.

Police did not release any additional details about the theft or the suspect.
