- Observed food handler not wash hands before handling food.
- Observed food handler handle ready-to-eat food with bare hands.
- Observed unlabeled chemical spray bottles stored on rack by ice machine.
- Observed TCS foods stored inside reach-in refrigerator past discard date.
- Observed expired sanitizer testing strips by three-compartment sink.
- Observed no paper towels at the front hand-wash sink.
- Observed broken/burnt plastic food lids stored on rack next to three-compartment sink.
- Observed personal handgun on top of food container and next to food equipment by hand washing sink.
- Observed soiled wiping cloths left on prep table.
