Customers are reporting receiving a strange message from a clothing store app, according to several reports, including the BBC.
A push notification was sent to ASOS customers on Tuesday, Oct. 7 claiming the company's systems had been compromised, the BBC and Newsweek reported.
"Dear ASOS DPO and IT, we have fully compromised the Snowflake instance. Engage with us, or we will leak it," the message read. Newsweek shared images of the notification.
ASOS has not publicly addressed the notification of confirmed if it was hacked, though hundreds of app users reported issues on DownDetector earlier Tuesday morning.
