The Dallas Cowboys shored up their offensive line depth by trading forPittsburgh Steeler tackle Broderick Jones.

Dallas acquired the 2023 first-round draft pick and the Steelers

’ fourth-round pick in the 2027 draft while giving up next year’s third- and sixth-round picks. Jones played 603 offensive snaps last year at left tackle after spending most of his first two years in the league at right tackle.

The 25-year-old injured his neck in Week 12 last year and missed the rest of the season but has been a full go this preseason. He is expected to begin in Dallas as a swing tackle, basically the third tackle.

With the move, Dallas’ tackles are Jones, Tyler Guyton, Terence Steele, Nate

Thomas, Drew Shelton and Marcellus Johnson.
