A new housing opting is coming to South-Central El Paso.
Paseo Del Sol Apartments is planning to build a small apartment complex on North Seville Street.

Nationally, the need for apartments has been on the rise for several reasons, including rising home payments and rents, a lag in the supply of new homes and shifts in demographics and market trends.
Where is it?
The new apartment complex will be located at 103 North Seville St. in South-Central
El Paso, according to the city's permit and licensing page.
The site is located in a largely residential area just off of Alameda Avenue. It is two blocks down from the Family Dollar on Alameda Avenue and just down the street from the Seville Recreation Center.
What was there before?
The new apartment complex is being built atop a currently vacant lot that most likely previously played host to a residential home.
Plans call for the construction of a two-story, eight-unit apartment building with four units on each floor.
Who is the contractor?
The city's page does not list the contractor, but the applicant is Alejandro Solis of AGS and Partners LLC in El Paso. The owner is listed as IGLOBAL RE LLC.
The project is valued at $350,000.
