The author of "The 5 Love Languages" is coming to El Paso.
Bestselling author and relationship expert Dr. Gary Chapman will join Abundant East on Sunday, Sept. 6, with a visit focused on love, marriage, and family.
Chapman will speak during Sunday services at 9 a.m., 10:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at Abundant East, 1000 Valley Crest Drive. The event is open to the community.
For decades, Chapman’s work has helped couples and families better understand how they give and receive love and build stronger, healthier relationships.
His signature book, "The 5 Love Languages", has become one of the most widely recognized relationship books in the world, introducing the concept that people commonly express and receive love through words of affirmation, quality
time, receiving gifts, acts of service and physical touch.
His appearances will give El Paso families an opportunity to hear his practical, faith-based insights on strengthening relationships and better understanding the people closest to them, according to a church release.
