The collision occurred about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, in the eastbound lanes of I-10 near Porfirio Diaz Street, just west of Downtown, police spokeswoman Detective Judy Oviedo said in a media message.
The eastbound lanes of I-10 were shut down.
