El Paso police are searching for a vehicle that may have been involved in a fatal Northeast crash.
The crash happened about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, after a 36-year-old man was driving at a high rate of speed in the 12000 block of Gateway North Boulevard near the Mesquite Hills neighborhood, El Paso Police Department spokeswoman Stephanie Shields said in a news release.

The man, whose name has not been released, was allegedly speeding in a 2003 Lincoln Town Car in the northbound lanes when he lost control of the vehicle.
The Lincoln began sliding sideways and crashed into the back of a 2017 Fontaine T880 Truck Tractor driven by a 56-year-old man, according to the news release. The Lincoln's driver died in the crash.
