- The early season success continues for the Cathedral High School football team,
On Thursday, Sept. 10, the Fighting Irish improved to 3-0 with an impressive effort on both sides of the ball in an 39-21 win vs. Anthony. ThevWildcats made things interesting in the second half with three touchdowns.
The Fighting Frish scored four first half touchdowns and led 26-0 at halftime.
Cathedral's 39 points were a season high, following a 26-point effort vs. NMMI from Roswell, New Mexico, and 38 points vs. San Elizario.
