What to know about Bryan Flores
The 30-year-old, from Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, will be making his third consecutive appearance on ProBoxTV, having won a majority decision in a dominating performance over Starling Castillo in January and then continuing his momentum with an impressive unanimous decision over Jonathan Navarro in July.
Flores’ only career loss came via a controversial and razor-thin split decision to undefeated contender Lindolfo Delgado in August 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
"It’s a very evenly matched and tough fight for both of us. I know he’s coming off a big win and is brimming with confidence, but I’ve faced tough opponents this year, too," said Flores in an emailed response. "This is my world title fight; he has tremendous punching power—he’s ranked number six by the WBA—but this is undoubtedly my moment. It’s going to be an explosive bout that won’t go to the judges' scorecards; we’re going to make the El Paso Coliseum rock. I invite all my people to this great spectacle; I’m returning after years of not fighting in my border city—this is my home. On my own turf and among my people."

What to know about Jose Nunez
Nunez was last seen scoring a brutal second-round knockout against Erislandy Alvarez.
The 27-year-old Nunez has built his undefeated record fighting across divisions from featherweight to super lightweight, securing notable victories over the aforementioned Alvarez, Alfredo Jorge Luis Soto, and Maykol Mendoza.
