Indivisible the 915 is hosting two "No Kings" protests in El Paso to "fight for our democracy," the organization said.
The "No Kings 4" sidewalk protests will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, Indivisible the 915 organizer announced in a news release.
"We the people have the power to stop the authoritarian creep that is trying to take over all three branches of our federal government," organizers said in the news release. "That power resides in our votes."

Saturday's protest will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Eastlake Boulevard, between Interstate 10 and Rojas Drive, in far East El Paso. The Sunday protest will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 690 Sunland Park Drive, near Mesa Hills Drive, in West El Paso.
"Community members with signs
and flags will line up along two of El Paso’s busiest corridors," the news release states.
Several "No Kings" protests have been held in El Paso and across the country to protest the policies of the Trump Administration, including immigration enforcement, the war with Iran and rising costs of living. The last "No Kings" protest held in El Paso was in March.
The protest is taking place just days before early voting in the 2026 midterm elections. Early voting begins Monday, Oct. 19, and runs through Oct. 30. Election Day is Nov. 3.
Indivisible the 915 "is a volunteer-led, grassroots group fighting to protect democracy, elect progressive leaders, and stop the expansion of immigrant detention in our community," the group's website states.
