Family and friends are mourning the death of an El Paso mother killed in a fiery crash with a high-mast light pole on the border highway.
Celeste "Ryanne" Dionne Dominguez, 33, was a creative, talented and caring person and the loving mother of a 2-year-old girl, stated a Sunset Funeral Homes obituary.
"Celeste was funny and witty, with a beautiful smile and a wonderful laugh that will be deeply missed," the obituary stated.

Dominguez, known as "Ryanne" to her closest friends, was a graduate of Americas High School and had studied fashion at El Paso Community College, the obituary stated. She had "a wonderful sense of humor" and was talented, with a passion for drawing and photography. She loved animals and had a knack for caring for plants.

page, created to help with funeral expenses and to help support her daughter, Hitomi, has collected more than $5,900 in donations as of Thursday morning, Oct. 8.
A funeral service visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., with a rosary service at 7 p.m. on Oct. 22 at Sunset Funeral Homes East, 750 N. Carolina Drive. A funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m. on Oct. 23 at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd.
El Paso mom among 5 traffic deaths last weekend
Dominguez was one of five people who diedon Friday and Saturday, Oct. 2-3, in three separate traffic crashes in El Paso.
Dominguez was driving a 2015 Mazda 3 at 12:18 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, when she lost control of the car on the border highway near Midway Drive in the Riverside area of the Lower Valley, El Paso police reported.
Dominguez veered to the right for unknown reasons, drove off the road and crashed into a large light pole, causing the car to catch fire, police said. She died in the wreck.
Police suspect that speed and alcohol were possible factors in the crash.
