El Paso police detained one person after a shooting in the Five Points area of Central El Paso, a police spokesman said.
There were no known injuries reported after shots were fired about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, along North Piedras Street, police spokesman Sgt. Robert Gomez said.
Further information was not immediately available.
Red crime-scene tape sealed off the 800 block of North Piedras Street near Tularosa Avenue in popular Five Points area with bars and restaurants near El Paso police headquarters, according to news images by Channel 26-KINT.
