Pumpkin spice season has officially arrived at Starbucks.
The coffee giant brought back its highly anticipated fall menu on Tuesday, Aug. 25, welcoming the return of the iconic Pumpkin Spice Lattealong with seasonal favorites including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.
This year, the chain is also rolling out PSL-inspired merchandise, including a pumpkin-embroidered hat, a sleek orange cold cup and a festive ceramic mug.

From returning pumpkin favorites to brand-new fall sips, here’s what to know about Starbucks’ 2026 fall menu and the new items hitting stores this season.

Yes! The coffee chain rolled out its fall menu on Tuesday, Aug. 25.

Seasonal favorites are back, like the Pumpkin Spice Latte
along with the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. Pecan drinks are also back.
There are three new pumpkin drinks:
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha
- Pumpkin Spice Chai
There are also two new banana bread drinks, which Starbucks says combine banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors to mimic warm banana bread.

- Iced Banana Bread Latte
- Iced Banana Bread Chai
Finally, Starbucks is introducing a new Iced Chaider, which brings together classic fall flavors with strawberry acai flavors, which create a "crisp, refreshing cider-like beverage."
Starbucks is also launching new bites for fall, including:
- Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket: The new savory option features tender chicken, crispy bacon and creamy garlic herb cheese spread wrapped in toasted whole wheat lavash flatbread.
- Hedgehog Cake Pop: This new fall treat is made with vanilla cake and buttercream, dipped in chocolaty icing and finished with chocolate sprinkles.
- Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin: The seasonal favorite is back, featuring a spiced pumpkin muffin filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with chopped pepitas.

Starbucks is also leaning into pumpkin spice season with a lineup of PSL-inspired merchandise.
The collection includes a PSL hat featuring an embroidered pumpkin that costs$29.95, a 16-ounce stainless steel cold cup with a vibrant orange finish and pop of purple for $29.95, and a 12-ounce ceramic PSL mug that pairs a warm orange design with a pastel purple handle for $19.95.
