The Florida Department of Health in Sarasota County lifted thewater quality advisory for high bacterial levels at North Lido Beach, based on Aug. 17 test results.
Test results indicate that the water quality at North Lido Beach, 50 Benjamin Franklin Drive, Sarasota, shows an acceptable level of Enterococcus bacteria established by state guidelines.

The advisory had been in place since Aug. 13.
