Luke's in Ventura took first place with 47.1% of the votes. Second place goes to Harbor Mart in Oxnard with 39.3% of the votes. Third place goes to Santa Paula Steak & Hoagie in Santa Paula with 4.7% of the votes.

The poll included sandwich eateries from Santa Paula to Thousand Oaks.

Last month, The Star's poll winners were Jesse's El Taco De Mexico as best taco eatery and Toppers Pizza Place in various locations in the county as best pizza eatery.
