Comment: The senior ran for 72 yards and three touchdowns on just eight carries and had two receptions for 95 yards and a TD in a 49-12 win over visiting Glendale last Friday to help the Highlanders finish their nonleague schedule at 5-0. Royal begins Tri-County League play at Santa Paula this Friday.

Comment: The senior made it 2 for 2 in Coastal Canyon League meets, taking first at the second league meet with a time of 18 minutes, 11.8 seconds, at Oak Park High last Thursday. She won the first league meet with a time of 18:47.5 on Sept. 3. Murray set the Moorpark High record in the 3-mile at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic with a time of 16:40.2 on Sept. 19.
