Michigan high school football scores from Week 1 of the 2026 season are coming in with final results from around the state.
The MHSAA football schedule for the opening week features a huge swath of games Thursday, Aug. 27, and then dozens of games Friday. You can follow live score updates, too, from games in progress.
The first shocker from Week 1 came early, with Chelsea at home knocking off Harper Woods and its two five-star receivers, 29-20.
