A Powerball ticket in Michigan won $1 million in the Saturday, Aug. 8 drawing, according to the Michigan Lottery.
The ticket matched the five white balls — 5, 9, 35, 54 and 63.
The ticket was sold at Big Top Market at 3630 Clyde Park Ave. SW in Wyoming.
No one won the Powerball jackpot in the Saturday drawing, increasing the prize for the Wednesday, Aug. 12 drawing to $905 million ($391.9 million cash value), the eighth-largest jackpot in Powerball history.
The largest winning Powerball jackpot ticket sold in Michigan was worth $842.4 million and sold in January 2024 at Food Castle in Grand Blanc.
