Tyleik Williams did not practice Wednesday, Oct. 7, because of a leg injury that Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell said this week has him "touch and go" for the Lions' game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Williams, the Lions' first-round pick out of Ohio State last season, has not missed a game in his career. He injured his leg in last week's loss to the Carolina Panthers.
The Lions (2-2) have used a three-player rotation at defensive tackle through the first four weeks, with Williams and Alim McNeill starting and Skyler Gill-Howard playing as the primary backup.

If Williams can't play Sunday,
Oct. 11, Levi Onwuzurike and Tyler Lacy could see more time inside and the Lions could elevate nose tackle Chris Smith from the practice squad.
Cornerback Rock Ya-Sin (hamstring) and guard Ben Bartch (foot) also did not practice Wednesday.
Campbell said in his pre-practice news conference that rookie cornerback Keith Abney and veteran safety Jalen Mills could see more time as the Lions juggle their defensive personnel this week.
The Lions rank last in the NFL in total and passing defense and 31st in points allowed.
Mills played four snaps last week as a practice squad elevation.
"I can see both those guys taking on a bigger role," Campbell said.
