A brand of non-dairy ice cream sold at grocery locations across the country, including in Michigan, is under recall because it could contain small stones and other foreign materials.
Danone USA is voluntarily recalling So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints with best-buy dates on or before April 3, 2028, according to a Sept. 15 recall notice issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The company is still working to remove the affected desserts from shelves, according to the FDA notice. Only the single flavor is being recalled, while all other So Delicious products are unaffected, the FDA said.
The So Delicious brand is sold at numerous grocers, including Walmart, Meijer and Kroger.
