Country music star Luke Bryan is coming to Michigan Sunday, Sept. 20, to perform at the John Schaendorf Dairy Farm in Allegan, according to the event organizers.
"The Luke Bryan Farm Tourhas become a tradition for country music fans, drawing tens of thousands of attendees to rural venues across America each fall," the event website says. "Tickets sell out quickly, so secure your spot early to experience this one-of-a-kind concert under open skies."
Bryan, an American country music singer and songwriter, was born in Leesburg, Georgia, on his family farm. He has sold over 12.5 million albums worldwide and has accumulated nearly 13 billion streams, according to the Music Cooperation of America.
Some of his hit songs include “Country Girl (Shake It
for Me),” “That’s My Kind of Night” and “Drunk on You.”
Other acts performing with Bryan on Sunday include Dasha, Kenny Whitmire, The Peach Pickers, and DJ Rock.
In previous years, the concert tour has stopped in Livingston County, where tens of thousands of fans converged to enjoy the show.
Earlier this week, the Allegan County Sheriff's Office offered traffic suggestionsfor those who plan to attend the event in southwest Michigan.
"Large amounts of traffic are expected to converge in the area and delays will be likely due to the increased amount of vehicular traffic," the sheriff's office said. The notice offered four routes visitors should consider, as well as two exits out of the venue after the show. In addition, deputies are expected to help direct traffic afterward.
