An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting death of a man at a popular Ocala store on Aug. 11.
Ocala Police Department officials said Curnel Antione Brown, 19, of Ocala, was developed as a suspect and apprehended. He was held on a charge of second-degree murder.
Police said Brown shot the victim, identified only as a 45-year-old man, who later died at a local hospital.
Police said they responded to King's Food Mart, 149 SW Martin Luther King Ave., just before 5:30 p.m. in reference to a shooting. When they got to the scene, they found the victim and performed CPR.

The patient was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
For several hours, officers
collected evidence and interviewed individuals about the incident. The area was roped off with yellow crime scene tape.
