SPRINGFIELD — Missouri State is welcoming FCS Lindenwood for its home opener on Saturday, Sept. 12.
The Bears (0-1) are coming off a defeat to No. 8 Texas A&M, but Missouri State did flash some successful
plays. Confidence is still high around Missouri State under first-year head coach Casey Woods.
Lindenwood (1-1) is coming to Springfield for the second time in three years. In 2024, the Bears defeated the Lions 28-14 in the only other meeting in program history.
