Visit Springfield has named three recipients of its 2026 Toast to Tourism Awards, honoring contributions to the travel and tourism industry in Springfield.
The awards will be presented Sept. 10 at Mother's Brewing Company, according to a community announcement. The annual event recognizes individuals and organizations that have supported tourism growth, hospitality and community partnerships in the Springfield area.
The recipients are Lincoln Hough, who will receive the Tracy Kimberlin Pinnacle Award; Allison Sports Town, which was selected for the Hospitality Award; and the Rotary Club of Springfield, which will receive the Impact Award.
The Tracy Kimberlin Pinnacle Award recognizes individuals or organizations with a long record of involvement
in the travel industry and significant contributions to Springfield-area tourism. The Hospitality Award honors businesses, organizations and individuals that create positive guest experiences while supporting regional growth and collaboration. The Impact Award recognizes community, business and public-sector partners whose leadership on initiatives, partnerships or events has helped create opportunities for Springfield's tourism economy.
Visit Springfield President and CEO Mark Hecquet said that the awards celebrate people and organizations that help strengthen the local tourism sector.
"Springfield’s tourism industry is strengthened every day by people who believe in this community and are passionate about making a difference," Hecquet said in the announcement. "Toast to Tourism is a special event because it allows us to celebrate those people and recognize the impact they have made on our destination."

Hecquet said that Lincoln Hough's support for tourism has helped advance opportunities and investments in the community.
"We’re proud of this year’s honorees and grateful for the many ways they continue to move Springfield forward," Hecquet said in the announcement. "Lincoln Hough has been a champion for tourism throughout his career, helping advance opportunities and investments that have strengthened our community. Tourism industry professionals, community leaders and regional partners are expected to attend the Sept. 10 celebration.
