A New York Athletic Club employee in Westchester County, New York, was arrested after police accused him of hiding a camera in a gym bathroom to record people using the toilet.
Ryan Mack, 33, of West Nyack, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony, after an investigation by the New Rochelle Police Department and Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
Police said the investigation identified several potential victims, including children.
Westchester County is located just north of New York City in the lower Hudson Valley, between the Hudson River and Long Island Sound.

New Rochelle police said managers at the New York Athletic Club's Pelham branch, at 31 Shore Road, discovered a recording device hidden in a bathroom
July 5.
Investigators determined the device had been placed in the Platform Tennis Hut West bathroom and positioned to record people while they were using the toilet, police said.
Mack, who worked at the athletic club, was identified as a suspect, according to police.
An arrest warrant was issued after the device was discovered. Police said Mack fled to Kansas and was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol near Topeka in mid-July.
Mack returned to New York
The Westchester County Police Department's Warrant Fugitive Unit transported Mack back to Westchester County on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
He was formally charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance and arraigned in New Rochelle, police said.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges could be filed, according to authorities.
Police seek potential victims
Investigators said they identified several victims, including children, and are working to determine whether others may have been recorded.
Police are asking New York Athletic Club members who used the following bathrooms between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the listed dates, or anyone with relevant information, to contact Detective Marisa Bird at 914-654-2367.
