Jack's Extra Fancy made USA TODAY’s list of best bars in the country.
The USA TODAY Bars of the Year 2026 list, released July 29, features 38 bars from dives to high-end cocktail bars.
"We’re so fortunate to be situated in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Rochester," said owner Eric Rozenstraten. "Providing a fun, welcoming 'third place' for our community has always been our goal at Jack’s. However, to be known as not only one of the best bars in the city, but perhaps one of the best in the country, is truly an unbelievable honor."
