A stretch of County Road 36 in Canadice, Ontario County, is closed Thursday morning as firefighters battle a fire involving multiple structures.

Multiple structures on fire
The Richmond Fire Department said Thursday morning that County Road 36 is closed at Lakes End Lane while multiple crews respond to an incident involving “multiple structures on fire.” Firefighters were called to the scene shortly before 6 a.m.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office said County Road 36 is closed between Southwest Shores and Lakes End Lane and urged drivers to use alternate routes.
The area is at the southern end of Honeoye Lake.
Further details were not immediately released.
