Mesquite Grill locations, 1900 S. Clinton Ave. in Brighton and 910 Elmgrove Road in Gates, have arguably the best taco Tuesday deal in Rochester. Both locations serve three tacos for $5 all day Tuesday. Beef or chicken tacos are topped with lettuce and cheese and served on hard or soft shells. The Silver Iguana, 663 N. Winton Road, was voted Best Tacos in Rochester in the D&C's 2025 poll. It's a popular destination on Taco Tuesdays, when it has several specials.
