The 10 remaining 'Dancing with the Stars' contestants and their pros were all kept safe during Week 6 of the competition, but now the risk of elimination is even higher as the stars head into Week 7.
Two 'Dancing with the Stars' celebrities will be eliminated during the Week 7 "Horror Movie Night" episode next Tuesday, Oct. 27, bringing down the cast to eight remaining stars.
Next week's episode will have the highest stakes on 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 35 so far.
Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming 'Dancing with the Stars' double elimination and how to watch.
When is the 'Dancing with the Stars' double elimination?

The upcoming 'Dancing with the Stars' double elimination night will be held during the Week 7 "Horror Movie Night" episode on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Two of the ten remaining
stars and their pros will be eliminated from the competition after all of the judges' scores and audience votes are calculated.
Why is there a double elimination on 'Dancing with the Stars'?
A double elimination is nothing new for 'Dancing with the Stars' and has been utilized in many previous seasons.
At the end of Season 35 Week 6 "Dedication Night," the 'Dancing with the Stars' hosts went through the motions as if a real elimination was coming, before surprising the cast with the news that no one would be going home.
To make up for the elimination-free week, two 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 35 contestants will be eliminated during the Week 7 "Horror Movie Night" episode, bringing the cast down from 10 to eight.
How do 'Dancing with the Stars' eliminations work?

'Dancing with the Stars' eliminations work by tallying up the totals of each duo's scores from the judges, along with how many votes they received from the public.
The 'Dancing with the Stars' duos are scored 1-10 by each of the three judges, sometimes four if there is a guest judge, after every performance. The combined score from the three judges, which goes up to either 30 or 40 depending on the number of judges, determines where each couple places on the leaderboard for the night.
The celebrity and pro duo with the lowest score isn't necessarily the one who gets eliminated, however, as the public still gets a say in the matter with their votes.
For example, on Week 2 of 'Dancing with the Stars,' celebrities Giada De Laurentiis and Guillermo Rodriguez both tied for the lowest scores for the night, but Guillermo received more fan votes, keeping him and his pro partner safe.
Since Week 7 of 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 35 will be a double elimination night, the two contestants with the lowest combined judges' scores and viewer votes will be eliminated from the competition.
