What is the story about?
The
New York State Department of Transportation recently announced lane reductions along West Henrietta in Brighton.
To accommodate a paving project, portions of West Henrietta Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Drivers can expect closures from East River Road and Crittenden Road moving south.
Closures will be daily from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The project is expected to be complete by Aug. 7.
Drivers should anticipate travel delays during this time and are advised to seek alternate routes if necessary. Construction activities are weather dependent and subject to change based on conditions.
