Seaver King: Offensive Player of the Year
King, 23, emerged as one of the Nationals' top prospects while splitting time between Double-A Harrisburg and Triple-A Rochester. Through Aug. 28, he batted .318 with 18 home runs, 69 RBI and a .945 OPS across 92 games. After his promotion to Rochester in May, the 2024 first-round draft pick hit .307 with 13 home runs in 57 games.
Andrew Pinckney: Defensive Player of the Year
Pinckney, 25, was recognized for his defense across
all three outfield positions. He posted a .991 fielding percentage with just two errors in 217 chances and did not commit an error in left or right field. At the plate, he hit .271 with 13 home runs and 18 stolen bases before making his major league debut with Washington in August. [
Maxwell Romero Jr.: Nationals Way Award
Romero, 25, received the Nationals Way Award, which recognizes leadership, professionalism and work ethic throughout the organization. The catcher hit .249 with 20 home runs, 56 RBI and an .882 OPS between Harrisburg and Rochester. Since joining the Red Wings in July, he posted an .890 OPS while providing leadership behind the plate and within the clubhouse.
