Henrietta 7 Brew sits on the parcel where Sticky Lips BBQ Juke Joint once stood. It will be the fifth 7 Brew in the Rochester market. The others are in Webster, Greece, Sweden (near Brockport) and Canandaigua.
What is 7 Brew?
Founded and based in Arkansas, 7 Brew is a drive-thru-only chain of beverage stands.
The quickly growing 9-year-old company prefabricates its buildings in Springfield, Missouri, and trucks them to their locations.
The shops don’t have interior or exterior seating or drive-thru speaker boxes. Baristas greet and serve customers at their cars and take orders on tablets.
The stands also don’t serve food, just drinks, of which there are more 20,000 possibilities across seven categories: coffee, energy drinks, soda, tea, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.
Currently there are more than 700 7 Brew locations across 38 states. New York is home to 20 of them.
