A Rochester man was stabbed to death Monday night inside his northeast Rochester home.

Man stabbed to death in Roth Street residence
First responders were called to 37 Roth St., just north of Clifford Avenue in Rochester, around 8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, for a report of an unresponsive person inside the home, said Capt. Frank Umbrino of the Rochester Police Department.
Officers entered the house and found Dynell Babers-White, 28, of Rochester, who had been stabbed at least once in the upper body, Umbrino said.
Babers-White was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Police call stabbing an isolated incident
Umbrino said detectives are investigating the circumstances that led to the fatal stabbing but believe Babers-White's death "was an isolated incident."
Babers-White lived at the residence with other family members, Umbrino said.
What's next
No suspects are in custody in connection with the homicide, according to Rochester police. The investigation is ongoing.
