There are only seven 'Big Brother' houseguests remaining in the game following Thursday's Week 9 live eviction.
Barrett Pfeiffer, the Week 9 HOH, nominated the three "Icons": Dee Valladares, Rick Devens, and Angela Murray for possible eviction, and his nominations were kept the same after Yash Patel won the Power of Veto and decided to not use it.
The three "Icons" had one last shot to save themselves ahead of the live eviction during the BB Blockbuster challenge, where one of them was able to take themselves off the block and the remaining houseguests had to vote between two of the "Icons."
'Big Brother' host Julie Chen Moonves teased an upcoming two-hour double eviction next week, meaning the group will be cut down to the final five.

'Survivor' alum Rick Devens won the Week 9 BB Blockbuster competition and took himself off the block.
The remaining houseguests then had to decide who to vote out: Angela or Dee?
Who was evicted from 'Big Brother'
'Big Brother' alum Angela Murray was evicted from the 'Big Brother' house in a 3-to-2 vote during Thursday's Week 9 live eviction, making her the second jury member of Season 28.
Angela was first on 'Big Brother' Season 26, where she was evicted during the Week 10 double eviction night. She will now join Lala in the BB28 jury house.
Dee, who was saved during the eviction, made a passionate speech ahead of the vote declaring her alignment with Yash Patel and Taylor Brown, while assuring that Barrett Pfeiffer, Melody Morris and Drew Campbell would become her targets if she was kept in the game.
Yash, Devens and Taylor stayed loyal to Dee and voted to evict Angela, while Melody and Drew used their votes on Dee. Barrett was not able to vote as he was the Week 9 HOH.

When is the 'Big Brother' two-hour live eviction?
Julie confirmed that the upcoming 'Big Brother' two-hour double eviction will be held next Thursday, Sept. 17.
The two-hour live episode will include the first live eviction of the night based on the Week 10 HOH's nominations. Immediately after the first eviction, the remaining houseguests will compete in a HOH competition, where the winner will put their nominations on the block, then there will be a Power of Veto competition and finally a second vote where another houseguest will be evicted all within the two-hour live episode.
This Week 10 double eviction will result in five remaining houseguests and four jury members.

Following the Week 9 live eviction, the BB28 jury members now include:

- Angela Murray
Two more houseguests will be added to this list after next week's double eviction episode.

The episode will air a little later than usual due to a delayed edition of "60 Minutes" and CBS' NFL coverage of the Ravens vs. Colts game and the Packers vs. Vikings game. Sunday's episode could potentially get pushed back even later if either of the games run long.
