How Bills vs. Texans weather is impacting odds, betting
The forecast increases the likelihood that Reliant Stadium's retractable roof will remain closed, meaning weather is not expected to significantly affect game conditions. Buffalo is a 1.5-point favorite and the over/under is set at 44.5 points.
